Mark Steinmetz has taught photography at Harvard University, Yale University, Emory University and Sarah Lawrence College. His work is in the collections of the Museum of Modern Art, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Whitney Museum of Art, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and elsewhere. Steinmetz has two books recently published by Nazraeli Press - South Central (2007) and South East (2008).
